RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- All items must be in original factory condition with tags intact and original packaging. No exceptions.

- All sales are final on discounted items – no returns
- All sales in the 4 days following Thanksgiving – Exchanges only, no returns.
- We are currently unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for international returns.
DENIED RETURN EXAMPLES
- Smell, perfume, deodorant, cologne, etc
- Visible stains or wear marks
- No packaging or proof of purchase
- Washed or wrinkled
- Beanies must be unworn and in original package for sanitation purposes
- Sale items-Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping within the United States – we ship most orders by USPS 3-Day Priority Mail. It can take 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
International Shipping – all international shipments will also ship through USPS. International shipments can take anywhere from 14 to 21 business days, excluding holidays. USPS tracking usually stops once the package has left the United States. Packages continue to their destination, but sometimes the package will look like it is “stuck” in one place for a long period of time. For certain locations, the package will show “delivered”, but all that means is that it has arrived at the local carrier and should be out for delivery within a day or two. Please allow the full 14 business days for international shipping. If your package does not arrive within 14 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . The Bandit Apparel is not responsible for customs/import taxes.
